Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These terms govern your use of LeadLantern AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Questions? Email support@leadlanternai.com.
The service
LeadLantern AI is an AI receptionist for local service businesses. It answers inbound texts, emails, and website chats, asks intake questions, checks your calendar availability, books appointments, and syncs leads to your CRM. We may improve or change features over time. If we make a change that removes a core feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a contract to use the service. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials safe, and for the accuracy of the intake questions, calendar settings, and business information you give us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful.
- Send spam or unsolicited marketing through the service.
- Try to break into, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
- Resell the service or let someone outside your business use your account.
- Violate the messaging or privacy laws that apply to you and your customers, including consent rules for texts and calls.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed at signup and may change with 30 days of notice. You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. We work hard to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise that it will be error free or uninterrupted. An AI receptionist can misunderstand a customer. You are responsible for reviewing bookings and lead details before you act on them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, LeadLantern AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost leads. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will also email you. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
